Not only our physical condition and health, but also our mental-emotional makeup, familial and social relationships, career, and social and economic status make us who we really are. You will be encouraged to discuss personalizing exercises and techniques should any concerns arise.

Yoga Therapy is all about you – try Individual Yoga Therapy sessions that are tailored to meet your needs or try Group Yoga Therapy sessions where the common denominator – low energy, back pain, stress management, etc. – allows an approach focused on what you need most.

Depending on your location, scheduled Individual Yoga Therapy sessions can be done in your own home or online. The Group Yoga Therapy sessions take place online.

The Intake Form should be completed prior to the first session.

Individual Yoga Therapy

IN PERSON

In Individual Yoga Therapy the focus is on your specific needs. We begin the session with an assessment of your current symptoms and identify your goals. By applying appropriate physical practice, breathing techniques and meditation we will find a routine that resonates with you. You will leave the session with a plan for homework so that practices can be built into your daily life.

Upon booking an Individual Yoga Therapy Session, the client will receive an automatic booking request confirmation. Specifics (date, time, sequence, in-person or online) for Individual Yoga Therapy Sessions will be agreed via e-mail no later than 24 hours prior to the starting time. The client will receive the booking confirmation when full payment has been received.

In case of online Individual Yoga Therapy Session the Zoom session link will be sent shortly after booking has been confirmed but if for any reason this does not reach the participant’s inbox or junk folder 12 hours prior scheduled time, the participant must contact margit@metayoga.ee as soon as possible.

Group Yoga Therapy

Flow time

30 minutes x 3 a week / $15×1 or $75 for 2 weeks – M&W&F 7.30 (UTC-4)

Set a tone for your day with this 30-minute morning flow.

Flow Time is designed to wake you up and get you energized for whatever your day has in store. If you have always wanted to have a morning yoga routine but lack consistency or need some encouragement, I know what you feel… Let’s support each other! Roll out of bed, set up your mat and join me (in your PJs if you like!) to move, to stretch and to center yourself for the day ahead.

Flow Time blends together mindful breathing and physical practice to wake up both your body and your mind. While yoga can be beneficial during any time of the day, when done in the morning, it can reduce the stress hormone cortisol, which tends to be highest at that time, allowing you to feel calmer.

If you happen to be on the other side of the globe, come and join us to release stress that this morning has built up already.

Participants must be able to transition to and from the floor with ease as well as bear weight on their hands and knees.

Back to Back

Practice to alleviate back pain and care for the health of your spine.

At some point in our lives the vast majority of us experience back pain. Reasons differ depending on our physical conditions and on our lifestyle. Back to Back Group Yoga Therapy is designed to be therapeutic in nature, with instruction moving at a pace that will allow you to address any injuries or discomfort you may be experiencing.

Come learn to relieve tension in your back as you strengthen the muscles that support proper spinal and pelvic alignment. Together we will improve flexibility and work with core muscles, hamstrings and glutes.

Everyone is welcomed to attend, whether you have back pain or just want to prevent it!

24-hour Policy

REGISTRATION & SCHEDULING

Clients are required to register for or schedule sessions no later than 24 hours prior to the starting time. Registration is considered to be made when full payment has been received.

CANCELLATION & RESCHEDULING

To cancel or reschedule, please contact me at margit@metayoga.ee at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled session time. Sessions missed or cancelled less than 24 hours in advance will be charged in full. Although all efforts are taken to avoid cancelling a session, in unforeseen exceptional circumstances when session may be cancelled by therapist, rescheduling option or total refund will be offered.
